Carter Stout and Andrew Kaiser, founders and principals of Precision Title & Escrow, LLC, have more than 50 years of combined experience in commercial real estate in metro Atlanta and the state of Georgia. They are committed to the highest levels of customer service to ensure that every aspect of their title insurance and escrow arrangements are in order.
Carter leads the company’s real estate practice. He brings more than 30 years of legal-practice experience to representing lenders, buyers and sellers. Carter utilizes his strong communications skills, knowledge and attention to detail when handling commercial real estate transactions. As an agent for five national title insurance companies, he is able to best meet his real estate clients’ needs in complex title issues to avoid future problems in fluid business and legal environments.
Since establishing Precision Title, Carter has cultivated a business culture that reflects a high level of professional competence and comfort. He has built his practice by closely looking at the details of each transaction and the concerns of all parties and exploring all available avenues to achieve a positive outcome.
Carter was awarded the 2013 Member of Distinction Award by the Real Estate Section of the Atlanta Bar Association for his service to the section and the real estate profession. The legal publication Martindale-Hubbell has recognized his excellence by awarding him its highest A-V rating. He has been named a Super Lawyer every year since 2014. Georgia Trend named him to the 2016 Georgia Legal Elite list. He was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 1985 and is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Georgia, Court of Appeals of Georgia, and U.S. 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.
A native Atlantan, Carter is active in legal and community organizations. He served in every officer position for the Real Estate Section of the Atlanta Bar Association. He completed three years as a member of the association’s Board of Directors where he also served as co-chair of the Sponsorship Committee and a member of the Audit Committee. He is a member of the Real Estate Group of Atlanta (“Rega”), Sandy Springs Bar Association, The Lawyers Club of Atlanta and The Old War Horse Lawyers Club. He was President of the St. Thomas More Society, the Catholic lawyers association in Atlanta. He served as Director at Large for the Dunwoody Rotary Club who named him Rotarian of the Year for 2015-2016. In the community, Carter is actively involved in his church. As former chair of Finance Council, he played a major role in the capital campaign and on the committee that oversaw the renovation of the parish hall. He completed a three year service on the Finance Council of the Catholic Archdiocese of Atlanta. He is an Eagle Scout. He is a member of Dunwoody Rotary Club, the Brookhaven Chamber of Commerce, and the Dunwoody Chamber of Commerce.
Carter holds a B.A. from Emory University. He graduated from Mercer University Law School in 1985 and earned his L.L.M in Taxation from Emory University in 1992.

Andrew is a founding partner of Precision Title, and has practiced law in Atlanta for over 25 years. After spending the first twelve years of his career with Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP and Chamberlain, Hrdlicka, White, Williams & Martin, LLP, two large Atlanta law firms, Andrew founded a firm with two partners and grew it to fifteen attorneys. Andrew answered his entrepreneurial calling again in 2013 by joining with Carter L. Stout, a fellow Rotarian, to form Stout Kaiser LLC and Precision Title.
Andrew practices in the areas of corporate law, including entity organization, mergers and acquisitions and general business matters, commercial real estate and estate planning. Andrew provides dedicated legal counsel to entrepreneurs, professionals and businesses in a variety of industries. Andrew handles a broad range of transactions, including asset sales, mergers, stock acquisitions and joint venture agreements. In addition to closing particular transactions, Andrew counsels clients on a continuing basis regarding employment matters, including restrictive covenants, protection of proprietary information and equity incentive plans, shareholder and operating agreements, and general business matters. Andrew has extensive experience in areas of particular importance to owners of family businesses, including succession planning and minimizing estate taxes.
In the area of commercial real estate, Andrew represents developers and lenders in a wide variety of real estate transactions, including land acquisitions and financing for residential, commercial, industrial and mixed-use projects. Andrew represents investors and businesses in purchasing office buildings and other commercial properties, and he handles §1031 exchange transactions frequently. Andrew also represents landlords and tenants in negotiating office, retail and industrial property leases.
Andrew has served on the advisory boards of the Atlanta Community Food Bank and the Shepherd Center. Andrew is a member of the Dunwoody Rotary Club.

Joe McGhee has been practicing law in Atlanta since 2003. Joe has a Master of Business Administration degree concentrating in Finance, a Juris Doctor degree, and is a licensed attorney in Florida and Georgia. Joe is admitted to the Supreme Court of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the U.S. Court of Appeals Eleventh Circuit, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. Joe advises, represents, and counsels individuals and businesses in various aspects of organizational issues, business contracts and transactions, commercial and residential real estate transactions and default management in both judicial and non-judicial jurisdictions.
Joe provides legal counsel in the practice areas of commercial real estate, general commercial contract law, business formation and corporate governance. Joe is well versed and experienced in all facets of residential and commercial real estate, and has represented the residential mortgage and commercial real estate industries, including the nation’s top financial institutions, throughout the loan life-cycle from origination, closing and securitization, through servicing and asset reclamation.
Joe handles a wide range of commercial transactions and has represented a broad base of clients including startup businesses, lenders and multinational companies. He has negotiated, structured and drafted commercial contracts ranging from commercial lease agreements, product, services and material sales and supply contracts, security and collateral agreements as well as acquisition and divestiture agreements.
Joe also has litigation experience as plaintiff’s counsel and has represented national lenders and servicers pursuing consumer foreclosure judgments and collateral recovery. Knowing firsthand what issues may result in litigation provides Joe with foresight when drafting transactions and providing counsel to his business clients.
Prior to beginning a career in law, Joe held several senior level executive positions over a nineteen-year period. During this time, he held a variety of roles in retail banking, mortgage banking, credit card technology, telecommunications and management consulting and provides his clients with a broad perspective covering a wide-range of disciplines. He has had hands on entrepreneurial challenges and opportunities as a small business owner of a residential construction company and a residential mortgage broker company.
As a former Chief Financial Officer of a national bank, Chief Operating Officer of a regional mortgage company of a National Bank, and a Senior Financial Analyst for a major communications company, Joe has gained extensive experience in many aspects of business management and has an in-depth understanding of the parameters that impact company operations and profitability.
