Carter Stout and Andrew Kaiser, Founders and Principals of Precision Title & Escrow, LLC, have more than 50 years of combined experience in commercial real estate in metro Atlanta and the state of Georgia. Carter Stout

Carter has nearly 30 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions. He utilizes his strong communications skills, knowledge and attention to detail when navigating complex transactions to avoid future problems in fluid business and legal environments. As a result, he has entrenched his reputation as a trusted counselor among bankers, commercial realtors, lenders, buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants. All have appreciated his accessibility and ability to work with all parties to move transactions to a conclusion.

He was awarded the 2013 Member of Distinction Award by the Real Estate Section of the Atlanta Bar Association for his service to the section and the real estate profession. The legal publication Martindale-Hubbell has recognized his excellence by awarding him its highest A-V rating. He was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 1985 and is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Georgia, Court of Appeals of Georgia, and U.S. 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.

A native Atlantan, Carter is active in legal and community organizations. He just completed two years as treasurer of the Real Estate Section of the Atlanta Bar Association. He recently completed three years as a member of the association’s Board of Directors where he also served as co-chair of the Sponsorship Committee and a member of the Audit Committee.  He is member of the Real Estate Group of Atlanta (“Rega”), Sandy Springs Bar Association, The Lawyers Club of Atlanta and The Old War Horse Lawyers Club. He also serves as past President of the St. Thomas More Society, the Catholic lawyers association in Atlanta.  He recently served as Sergeant-at-Arms for the Dunwoody Rotary Club.

In the community, Carter is actively involved in his church. As former chair of Finance Council, he played a major role in the capital campaign and on the committee that oversaw the renovation of the parish hall. He just completed a three-year term on the Finance Council of the Catholic Archdiocese of Atlanta. An Eagle Scout, he is advancement coordinator of his son’s Boy Scout troop. He is a member of Dunwoody Rotary Club, the Brookhaven Chamber of Commerce, and the Dunwoody Chamber of Commerce.

Carter holds a B.A. from Emory University. He graduated from Mercer University Law School in 1985 and earned his L.LM in Taxation from Emory University in 1992.

Andrew Kaiser

Andrew has worked with developers and lenders for more than 20 years in a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including land acquisitions and financing for residential, commercial, industrial and mixed-use projects.  He has also worked with investors and businesses in purchasing office buildings and other commercial properties, and he frequently handles §1031 exchange transactions.  Andrew also represents landlords and tenants in negotiating office, retail and industrial property leases.

Andrew also brings extensive experience in many aspects of corporate, commercial and tax law, including mergers and acquisitions, to the complexities and details of title insurance.

Andrew is a member of the Dunwoody Rotary Club; State Bar of Georgia Fiduciary Law, Real Estate and Corporate Sections; and the Atlanta Humane Society. Andrew is also proud to serve on the Advisory Board of the Atlanta Community Food Bank.
